Oneness Project
2009 DLT Event Eligibility Application

Oneness Project (OP) invites Dances of Universal Peace mentors and event organizers who plan to present a Dance Leader Training event in 2009 training to make their events eligible for OP's Dance Leader Training (DLT) Grants. If you are interested in your event being eligible for DLT grants, first read the guidelines for the DLT program to familiarize yourself with how the program works by clicking here.

Application process:

1.     Completing and sending us the application below starts the process of certifying the eligibility of your event participants to receive grant funds from Oneness Project. Even if you do not know all the details of your event, such as cost, location, etc., completing this form puts Oneness Project on notice that the event is being planned and helps us budget adequate funds for all trainings in the fiscal year. This ensures fairness in the allocation of funds to all. Please note that we had to deny funding eligibility for several trainings in 2006 because their applications were submitted after all our funds were budgeted.  Preliminary eligibility will be determined, and you will be informed of the decision, within two weeks after the deadline. Once preliminary eligibility is established, you will be able to include information about the DLT grant program with your promotional material. (Wording of such information requires approval by the DLT program administrator.)

 2.  Application Deadline: You must submit this application to Oneness Project by January 6, 2009 for training events in 2009. We will consider applications for events not submitted by this date only if funds are available. However, we encourage you to submit your application at the earliest possible date to assist our budgeting. Contact Nuria Ginger Lee nuria@onenssproject.com for more information.

3.   To complete the eligibility application of your training event you must submit an electronic or hard copy of the event flyer to DLT Administrator Nuria Ginger Lee no later than three (3) months prior to the training event in 2009.  A preliminary or early flyer will suffice. This allows Oneness Project to review the publicly stated content, schedule and other elements of the training to make sure it complies with our Dance Leader Training program guidelines. After OP qualifies your event, eligible dance leaders may then apply directly to Oneness Project for Dance Leader Training Grants any time up until 6 weeks prior to the event using the DLT Application. If you have questions about this process feel free to contact Nuria at nuria@onenessproject.com.

Completing this application: You may simply copy the application below, paste it into an email, answer the questions and then send it to at nuria@onenessproject.com. She will normally acknowledge receipt of your application within three working days.
