asset crisis, we are unable to offer grants in any category for 2009 until further notice.

There is a new limit on Braveheart Memorial Fund awards:  each first award has a $500 maximum. Applicants are eligible to receive a maximum of two awards in a five year period, with a second award limit of $350.

Please print, fill out and mail the application to the address below or then copy and paste this form in an email to shahar@onenessproject.com . We request that submissions be made at least four weeks before an event.
