| Payment for the space is
due upon the completion of the event unless other
arrangements are made with the Space Manager.
Presenters/teachers of events are included in the per
person charges
Prior your event it is your
responsibility to make arrangements with the Space
Manager to have a tour of the center for orientation to
the facility usage. This includes entry lock
combinations, contracts, explanation of Center
regulations, etc.
If you are unable to hold
your event for any reason, please leave a message to
that effect as soon as you know so that the Space
Manager can post a notice and/or re-rent the space.
We have a simple contract in
which our presenters are asked to leave the space in the
same condition in which it was found. This includes the
bathrooms, kitchen, back and front entries, and meeting
room. You are also responsible for taking trash to the
outside bin. Please, no alcohol, incense, or candles.
