2. What do you feel are your challenges or growing edge in Dance leading at present?
 

3. Exactly how do you believe this training will further your growth in these areas?
 

4.What are your objectives for attending this training? Objectives are measurable, time-constrained outcomes. (Example: At the conclusion of this training I will describe the distinctive aspects of the 4 elements walks as outlined by Murshid Samuel Lewis, demonstrate each walk so that it can be identified by another leader, and have practiced presenting the walks for our Dance meeting the following month.)
 

5. If you plan to attend this event because of the presence of a particular teacher, what about being with this person do you believe will be helpful to you at this time?
